Programme Manager (part-time)

Mighty Girls CIC seeks a talented Programme Manager to join our small and mighty team. We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and creative person, who can manage and deliver our innovative Positive Relationships programme, funded by the National Lottery.

As Programme Manager, you will ensure content remains engaging and relevant for participants, deliver workshops in schools and youth settings, and support the strategic development of Mighty Girls. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and wider team to coordinate delivery, monitor impact, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the organisation. 

Key Information - Programme Manager Role

Hours: 24 hours/week

Closing date for applications: 9am Monday 1st December 2025

Interviews: TBC but will be week commencing 8 December 2025

Salary: FTE Salary £38,000 (£22,799 for 24 hours/week)

Location: This role involves travel across Wiltshire & BANES, with occasional evening work. Programme meetings are held in Bradford-on-Avon
